We manufacture optical assemblies in various production methods

We can bond optical components of any kind. Adhesive bonding is the most common technique used for lenses, mirrors, filters, and other optical elements. Throughout the entire process, we are here to advise and assist you. If you are unsure which bonding technique is right for you, we are happy to provide guidance based on your specifications.

We join optical components of any kind. During the joining process, individual parts are bonded together using a bonding agent. This is a mechanically and thermally sensitive process in which our experts have several years of experience.

Throughout the entire process, we are available to provide you with advice and execution. If you are not sure which bonding technique is right for you, we are happy to advise you based on your specifications.

During the assembly of the optical assemblies, we connect the precision optics with your components. Do you need a sophisticated prototype or an assembly-ready module? We specialize in the production of optical devices and are happy to advise you.

Bonding of optical elements or optical assemblies requires components that are designed to fit together with respect to their surface quality and surface shape.

Throughout the entire process, we are at your side as consultants and implementers. If you are unsure which bonding technique is right for you, we are happy to advise you according to your specifications.

Areas of application

Versatile Applications

Optical assemblies are widely used in a variety of industries and applications. The combination of optics and precision mechanics creates additional possibilities for usage. Electronic or electromechanical components can be added to optical components to rotate, tilt, filter or shift them.

FAQ
